March Hits and Misses

March Hits and Misses

Every month, I make it a point to try new foods, brands, or products. It’s fun to switch things up, but there’s always a risk that something won’t live up to my expectations. Luckily, this month, there was only one thing I bought and didn’t love. Keep reading to find out what I’d recommend and what to skip.

Gymshark Adapt Fleck in Evening Blue

I’ve been loving (almost) everything Gymshark lately: the sets I’ve bought recently are so soft, flattering, and durable.

The Adapt Fleck line is no exception and totally worth the price. I bought the leggings and bra in the new Evening Blue color.

Gymshark Rest Day Sweats

I was really excited for this hoodie and sweats combo, but it missed the mark for me.

For one, these pieces are HUGE. I mean, huge. I’m typically a size medium, and I ordered a small, and it’s still the size of a large. I looked ridiculous in them. To be fair, the website does call them “oversized,” but I still wasn’t expecting the sizing to be so off.

Second, the material isn’t very soft, and the interior has lots of rough edges. Overall, these were a miss and I returned them.

Inno Foods Coconut Keto Clusters

Costco does it again (but these are also available on Amazon). These coconut clusters are the perfect snack. The high fat content keeps you feeling full and they’re crunchy without being overly sweet. My kids love them, too.

FitCrunch Bars in Chocolate Coconut Almond and Cinnamon Twist

Of all the protein bars I’ve tried, Robert Irvine’s FitCrunch are my favorite. They are gluten-free and macros-friendly, but they do contain soy and vegetable oils which can cause digestion problems in some people.

After buying the peanut butter chocolate bars for a few months now, I branched out and tried 2 new flavors from his Amazon storefront. The chocolate coconut almond and cinnamon twist don’t disappoint.

Frownies Wrinkle Patches

These aren’t new to me (I’ve been using them for several months), but I’ve never written about them before and simply had to.

If you’re looking for a non-invasive way to smooth wrinkles, you gotta try Frownies face patches. They also work as a complement to Botox and facial fillers to extend the life of your injections.

I’m fully aware these look ridiculous, but your family will get used to them, ha! They’re not uncomfortable to sleep in, either. And at around $20 a box, they are an inexpensive product to add to your skincare routine.

Hope you enjoyed this post. <3
