Lifting Girl Gift Guide
Today’s holiday gift guide is for the girls who love lifting. Most of the products on this list are ones I love and use daily.
And a few others are on my personal Christmas list for this year, ha! 🎄

Up first is the Schiek 1000-PLS Power Lifting Straps. I use mine every pull day to improve my grip capacity. Highly recommend!
Next are the Gymreapers Ankle Straps for the cable machine. They are available in 10 colors and make it easy to use the cable machine for leg raises, cable kickbacks, donkey kicks, hip abductions, and more.
The Apple Airpods Max were probably my favorite purchase of 2024. Although on the pricey side, these headphones are unmatched in durability and quality. The noise cancellation feature is amazing.
If you've seen my Instagram videos, you know I wear Converse almost all the time - both in and out of the gym. I love this cute Converse x PLAY Comme des Garçons Chuck 70 collaboration.
Next up is Blender Bottle's Insulated Stainless Steel Twist bottle. I'm trying to cut down on my use of plastic for a few reasons, and water simply tastes better coming from a stainless steel bottle.
Last but not least are my new favorite leg day essential - the Venja Heeled Lifting Shoes by Nordic Lifting. The heeled, firm, slip-resistant sole sticks firmly to the platform and improves your ankle range of motion. My squats have never looked or felt better! These would be great if you lift from home, too.
