Yesterday was a holiday. A bit of a strange Tuesday holiday sandwiched between two work days, but a holiday nonetheless.

Did you fall off track? Maybe you skipped the gym, ate too much, or had some drinks. Here’s what you need to do now.

Nothing.

Really, you don’t need to do anything special if you were off your routine yesterday. You were enjoying life, and life is meant to be enjoyed.

There’s no reason to feel guilty, and you don’t need to work out extra hard today. All you need to do now is move forward. Pick back up with your meal prep, do your workout if you have one, and continue about your day. It really is that simple.

Setbacks with fitness don’t happen because of one indulgent day; they happen after days turn into weeks and weeks turn into months. Holidays are typically a few days at most - my advice is to enjoy them, then get back to it when they are over.
